Exchange and Return Policy

Brijeluches, S.A. of C.V. has a 30-day return and exchange policy, which means that you have 30 calendar days from the day you receive your product to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition as you received it (i.e., unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging). You also need your receipt or proof of product purchase.

To start the return process, contact us at brijeluches@gmail.com with reference to your purchase order. If your return is accepted, we will send you details for the return of the product. Products sent to us without being requested will not be accepted in accordance with our return policy.

Product Damage

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the items are damaged. If the product is damaged or defective or you receive another product by mistake, contact us within 30 calendar days of receipt of the product so that we can evaluate your case, and, if applicable, proceed to exchange the product for a correct one in optimal conditions.

Exceptions

Returns are not accepted on custom or used products.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on discounted products or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect the returned product and let you know if your return request has been approved. If approved in accordance with this Returns and Exchanges Policy, you will receive an automatic refund in the original payment method that you used for your purchase. Please remember that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
